Greek soprano Anastasia Patsakidou began her professional career at the age of 19 and has since been a part of various opera and musical theater productions, concerts, oratorios and original works. She is currently based in Aachen, Germany where she recently played the title role in X. Montsalvatge’s DER GESTIEFELTE KATER at Theater Aachen. In 2024 she performed the role of Adina for a production of Donizetti’s L’ELISIR D’AMORE by New York’s Teatro Grattiacelo, under the baton of maestro M. Michailidis and the Athens Philharmonia Orchestra in Heraklion, Crete. She originated the role of Electra in the 2023 premiere of E. Kateli’s opera MEDIA in Thessaloniki. In 2021, she covered the role of Ilia and sang the soprano Cretan woman in Mozart’s IDOMENEO in Heraklion. Anastasia made her operatic debut in 2019 in Thessaloniki, as Zerlina in DON GIOVANNI.

She has appeared as a soloist in numerous galas, concerts, and oratorios, including Mozart’s REQUIEM, Carissimi’s JEPHTE as Filia and Vivaldi’s GLORIA.

Her love for musical theater led her to begin working in Greek musical theater productions in 2015. Such productions include the successful ALL NIGHT JAZZ and BROADWAY NIGHTS series with the “K’s Blink” musical theater company, with multiple performances in Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall between 2015-2018, NOW YOU WILL KNOW WHY, where she also contributed to the arrangements and the teaching of the choral numbers and ONE STEP AT A TIME. Furthermore, she has participated in the World Choir Festival on Musicals for 3 consecutive years with the “Korais” musical theater choir. She has basic training in Ballet, Jazz and Tap dancing. Since 2019, she has been the singer of “Mémoire”, a film music duet collaboration with pianist and saxophone player John Lazz, performing a repertoire that includes Movie Soundtracks, Disney and Musicals.

She received her Voice Diploma with soprano V. Vaiouli in 2021. She is now completing her Master of Music in Opera at the University of Music and Dance Cologne, in their Aachen Department.
